Private Labeling

For our customers convenience RNA has created appropriate formulas for use in Private Label lines sold to the retail market. Formulas fall into the following categories:

1.  National Brand Equivalent formulas
2.  National Brand Alternative formulas (dollar lines)
3.  Hair care duplications such as Pantene type, Herbal Essence type, and Dove type shampoos and conditioners
4.  Skin care duplications such as Vaseline, Aveeno, Lubriderm, and Jergens type lotions.

Manufacturing Capabilities

1. Manufacturing forte Hair and Skin care.
2. Product types – Surfactant, Emulsions, Gels, Oils, and Alcohol bases.
3. Registrations and Licenses – FDA, OTC, and Alcohol

Mixing Kettles – sizes from 100 to 4,000 gallons, jacketed kettles.
Holding tanks – sizes from 200 to 2,000 gallons (SS and plastic)
Filling Lines – Rotary (2), Straight-line (6), heavy crème lines (2), plastic tube filler (2), metal tube filler (1).
Ancillary equipment – Resina capers, labelers (wrap and front& back), coders, induction sealing, and cooling tunnel.

Warehousing – 140,000 sq. ft. of component and finished goods storage.
