‍ ‍ABOUT THE JOB

The Financial Analystplays a critical role in supporting the financial health and growth of theorganization. This position is responsible for transforming financial andoperational data into actionable insights that guide business decisions acrossmanufacturing, supply chain, sales, and product development. The role requiresa strong understanding of cost structures, inventory dynamics, and marginperformance within a fast-moving beauty supply manufacturing environment. Theideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering withcross-functional teams to improve profitability, efficiency, and financialvisibility.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

• Reporting to the CFO, this individual must be able to     work independently
• Will work directly with the leadership teams in all     departments

·       Operations& Manufacturing – production costs, efficiency metrics, and capacityanalysis

·       SupplyChain & Procurement – inventory management, vendor costs, and demandplanning

·       Sales& Marketing – pricing analysis, promotions, customer profitability, andrevenue forecasting

·       ProductDevelopment – financial evaluation of new products, formulations, and packagingchanges

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Financial Analyst supports strategic and operationaldecision-making by providing accurate financial analysis, reporting, andinsights across manufacturing, sales, and supply chain functions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets,     forecasts, and financial models
• Analyze variances between actual results and     budget/forecast and communicate key drivers
• Monitor and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS),     manufacturing costs, and production efficiencies
• Evaluate product, customer, and channel profitability     and margin performance
• Support pricing strategies, promotional analysis, and     new product launch evaluations
• Analyze inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence to     support working capital management
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards,     and KPIs for management
• Partner with accounting during month-end close and     ensure data accuracy across systems
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, sales, and     product teams to support data-driven decisions

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in finance, or a related field.  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems     (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,     Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and     problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities     across departments.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, logistics,     procurement, and production processes.
• Experience with demand forecasting and supply planning     tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving, project management, and     communication skills. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

EDUCATION

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or     related field

B Degree in Bus Admin/Mgt w/ focus in SC, Logistics, Finance or rel. field +6 mos. exp. or rel. coursework in:
